With over 25 years experience, OANDA is a trading partner you can trust. We offer FX and CFD trading, industry leading platforms and a wide range of other services.
Every rated company on TrustRating is analysed by an ensemble of leading AI models. Each model independently reads the company's public footprint — reviews, news coverage, regulator records, support reputation — and returns its own trust rating with sub-scores for trust, regulation, trading, support and reputation. Where the models agree, you get confidence. Where they disagree, you get honesty: we show the spread instead of hiding it.
The headline TrustScore blends that machine consensus with verified human reviews, recomputed continuously as new evidence arrives — and it can never be bought. No plan, ad budget or sales call moves the number. That is the whole point.
How scoring works →Recently added companies with fresh reviews and scores — be among the first to rate them.
Four commitments behind every number on this site.
Reviews tied to real purchases and real people carry the most weight. Anonymous noise doesn't move scores.
Businesses can subscribe for tools — never for points. The score is not for sale, at any price.
Bot networks, review bombing and bought praise are caught and quarantined before they ever touch a score.
Every weight and rule is published. Check the math yourself — the same formula applies to everyone.
The internet made it effortless to find a thousand options and nearly impossible to know which one to choose. Reviews are scattered across a dozen platforms, star ratings are inflated by whoever asks loudest, and search results are ranked by advertising budgets rather than honesty. TrustRating was built as the answer: a single, open place where the reputation of any company is measured, verified and explained — a public trust layer that anyone can check in seconds, for free, before spending their money or sharing their data.
At the heart of the platform is the TrustScore, a rating from zero to five built from two very different kinds of evidence. The first is human: verified reviews from real customers, weighted by authenticity and screened for fraud. The second is machine: independent analysis from several leading AI models, each reading the company's public record — how complaints get resolved, what regulators have said, how support behaves, what the news reports. Neither side can dominate the other, and the blend is recomputed continuously, so a TrustScore is never a stale snapshot of who a company used to be.
What makes TrustRating different is mostly what we refuse to do. We never sell score improvements. We never hide negative reviews for a fee. We never rank companies by how much they spend with us. Businesses can subscribe to useful tools — replying to reviews, inviting customers, embedding live widgets, tracking analytics — but not one of those purchases moves a single point of their score. A rating that can be bought is just advertising with extra steps, and the internet has enough of that already.
Verification is the other half of fairness. An anonymous, fabricated review should weigh nothing, and on TrustRating it does. Our TrustGuard system screens every incoming review for bot networks, coordinated review bombing, competitor sabotage and incentivised praise — quarantining suspicious content before it can distort a score. That protection cuts both ways: consumers aren't misled by fake five-star campaigns, and honest businesses aren't destroyed by malicious one-star floods they never earned.
For consumers, everything on TrustRating is free and always will be. Search any company by name or website. Compare rivals side by side. Browse categories and leaderboards to find the best-rated options in banking, travel, software, retail and everything in between. Write reviews about your own experiences and flag the ones that look fake. Every honest review you leave makes the next person's decision a little safer — that is the quiet compounding power of a trust platform that belongs to its users.
For businesses, TrustRating is the rare level playing field. Claiming a profile is free. Replying to reviews is free, forever. A two-person workshop competes on exactly the same terms as a global brand: the quality of the experience it delivers and the evidence customers leave behind. Companies that treat people well have nothing to fear from radical transparency — in fact it becomes their strongest marketing asset, embeddable on their own site as a live, verifiable score.
Transparency runs through everything else on the platform too. Our methodology page publishes exactly how the score is computed, down to the weights. Score history is recorded at every change, so the chart on a company page is real, never interpolated. Trust reports share what we learn about review fraud across the whole market. When we get something wrong, we correct it in the open — because a trust platform that asks for blind faith has misunderstood its own job.
And as AI assistants become the first place people ask whether a company can be trusted, clean, verified, explainable reputation data matters more than ever — the machines answering those questions are only as honest as the evidence they read. TrustRating is built for that future: structured trust data that humans and machines can both rely on. Start with the search box above. It takes seconds, it's free, and it might save you from a very expensive mistake.
